Re: Fusion 360 Post Processor
Seems to be some bugs still. I am not getting my between cut retract moves that are being simulated within Fusion to come out in the Gcode, and the tool is turning on at the wrong time. If you look at this tool path, the machine should move to the start position inside the inner circle, Z down to th...

Re: Fusion 360 Post Processor
Yes it's not an issue, you just change compensation from controller to computer, just wanted to make sure that was correct. It posts now, I just posted a simple inside circle. I don't have time to check this in the controller this weekend but it looks okay to me. Thanks for the help. % (1001) G90 G9...

Re: Fusion 360 Post Processor
If it is easier for you, I can be available for a Teams meeting any time next week so you can test it live, rather than going back and forth. Just a thought.

Re: Fusion 360 Post Processor
I had to change the tool type to Laser otherwise I was getting the same error, as you said it should work the same. This is the new error. ############################################################################### Error: Radius compensation mode is not supported. Error at line: 325 Error in ope...

Re: Fusion 360 Post Processor
See attached photo, something appears to be off with this CPS file. All of the property values are gone and when you post there is actually no output. As a note to the previous post, the reason this is necessary is a cutting toolpath in F360 works vastly different by default than any of the machinin...

Re: Dry Contact Spindle
It's definitely possible, but 3 reasons. I have many 12v relays on hand, I don't have any SSR's, not a huge deal but one consideration. Secondly the machine is dual purpose with a removable plasma torch holder and removable router spindle. So I need to send 120vac to the router, dry contact to the p...

Re: Fusion 360 Post Processor
The buildbotics home page lists Plasma Cutters as an optional configuration for this controller but when you try to post process with a cutting workflow in Fusion 360 you get this error by the post processor. Error: Waterjet, laser, and plasma cutting toolpath is not supported by the post configurat...

Re: Dry Contact Spindle
Is there any way to map the M3 spindle commands to L1 and L2 or is there a way in the fusion post processor to have it output M7 commands instead of M3?
