Thanks Doug, Here's a few questions: - Are you able to see the files on your thumb drive before you attempt to load the file? Just to follow up Ive just tried over wifi from my laptop no joy. I cant load any new jobs either over wifi or local via usb. ouch

I went to run a new job today from the same usb stick that Ive been using and I keep getting this error and are unable to upload any files, Ive tried a different usb with the same result. Jeff,
I have mine currently set at 128 micro/steps and are getting very good results engraving Aluminum using a diamond drag bit and a solid 0.65mm carbide cutter, is it any better than 32 micro/steps I couldn't say

It would be nice to have a way to dial in the axis travel distances. I realize that the obvious answer is you can enter in all the required values in setup, but things aren't always perfect. For example, universal gcode sender has a pretty easy solution here. Tell it to travel a specified distance ...

Doug, just to follow up on this, Ive just put the Buildbotics post processor into Aspire and I no longer have the load 1 indicator active. May have been an Aspire thing?

The load indicator only comes on while running a job so I guessed you would need a report while its active to show the bug?, also Ive never had the controller say disconnected before, I tried several times and the same thing happened only while generating the bug report.
