At the lowest level, arcs are converted to a series of straight lines. The lines should become shorter and shorter as you decrease 'max-deviation', they they will never become a perfect arc.

It is not currently possible with the BB Controller. It is possible to develop the capability, but we are not currently planning to do it.

The homing order is not configurable.

I have not tried an Acer monitor with the Buildbotics Controller.
