Can you download your configuration and attach it to a posting? You can do this on the Settings->Admin page with the Backup’ button.

As good as the internal drivers are in the Buildbotics Controller, they simply cannot meet every possible need. The Buildbotics Controller does not provide this capability.

To create a bug report, go to the Settings->Admin page, click "Bug Report". Then, save the file to your local disk and attach the resulting file to the email message.
