Adding additional info: I just tested and the amount off is always the same. For example, while I am expecting the y axis to be 1000mm, it is always at 820mm. Unless I am mistaken this makes the issue a technical issue with the frame less likely. Binding or something like that would add randomness.

Axis position way off
I’m using the controller on a bulkman3d queenbee pro 1500. The x and y position is way off. For example if I measure using a measurement tape it shows 1200mm but the controller is showing 800mm. Any idea why?

25-pin I/O Port
I am confused by the I/O port diagram in the manual. It is indicating 2 pins to be Pin 1. Is there an image with the complete Pin assignment? FRom what I know a standard Db25 I/O port looks more like the 2nd image where the upper right pin is 13 and not 1 and lower right pin is 25 not 2.
