Hi,
do you have some hints how to tune the jerk setting? Is there any way to know the perfect setting?

You just tune it by feel. If jerk is too low, the machine will seem sluggish. If it's too high, starting and stopping will be very abrupt (espescially if acceleration is very high) and could actually cause the machine to physically jerk or even stall.
