Axis position way off

Post by ghamian » Wed Aug 18, 2021 12:26 am

I’m using the controller on a bulkman3d queenbee pro 1500. The x and y position is way off. For example if I measure using a measurement tape it shows 1200mm but the controller is showing 800mm. Any idea why?

Adding additional info: I just tested and the amount off is always the same. For example, while I am expecting the y axis to be 1000mm, it is always at 820mm. Unless I am mistaken this makes the issue a technical issue with the frame less likely. Binding or something like that would add randomness.

Problem solved. The leadscrews I’m using travel 8mm per rev. Changing from the default 5mm to 8mm seems to have fixed the issue.
