I was able to find the downloads page at buildbotics.com/upload and was able to find the file.

I was able to successfully reimage the controller and am up and running!

I seem to have the exact same problem, seems to me this should be able to be fixed easier than this...

It is using a SCard for its disk. Unfortunately like everything that gets written to they will eventually wear out (same as the disk drive in your computer). I took my SDCard out and copied it to another card which I use and I made an image of the card should I ever need to re-image. I also went to a 32GB card so I have more storage space on it.

But if the card gets corrupted, you will have to pull it and re-image it. If you had a different closed source controller, you would be packing it up and sending it in to to a repair centre to have it fixed at a far greater cost.
