V.1.0.2

Post by rtkracht » Wed Mar 30, 2022 3:26 pm

I'm getting the indication for an upgrade to v.1.0.2 but nothing happens when I click the upgrade button. I'm sure I'm missing something here. Could someone fill me on where I'm going wrong? I'm pretty sure V.1.0.0 went in without a hitch.

Thanks

Sorry,

There is something wrong with the upgrade process. I am working with Joe to clear the problem.

Doug what should we do if the controller started the update process and has been locked ever since? We hit update at 10 am EST and the box has been frozen since. Didn't see this post until later. Will turning the box off and back on damager anything?

If it does nothing for five minutes, turn it off and back on. Then try again after it reboots.

We had a problem with the security certificate on the server yesterday.

On 4-2 I'm still not able to do upgrade. I've uploaded the file from your site but nothing happens when I push upgrade and entry my password.
