Stall Homing Issues after upgrade

After backing up my configuration and upgrading to latest firmware, homing is throwing errors and my attempts at adjusting have been fruitless. Has the latest firmware made any homing adjustments where my old settings are modified. I noticed now there are popups with default values, seems way off from my previous values.
