I am thinking that I may do a Lowrider CNC kit from V1, any known issues, any development or experience with this controller for that app?

I think with the lowrider, you are better off with the 3dprinter type of controllers, he offers them in the his shop (currently out of stock) but you can order them on aliexpress and the support forum on those controllers has a lot more life in them.
