Add rigid tapping / spindle synchronization

Would be nice with support for G33 for spindle synchronization and G33.1 for rigid tapping. Maybe using the probe pin for a 1 pulse per revolution encoder
I added your suggestion to our issues list. I cannot say when it will get implemented, but at least the request is in the system. You can track its progress at https://github.com/buildbotics/bbctrl-f ... issues/251 .
