Good morning,
I am trying to run a few stepper motors but they stall at anything other than low speed(sub 200rpm)
Any advice on this would be great.

If you are not running at the highest voltage for your controller, you can try increasing the power supply voltage. Do not raise above the range that is stamped on the back panel above the power input connector.
Also, you should look at the speed/torque curve for your motors to see how much torque they actually supply beyond 200 RPM.
Finally, you should make sure you are not hitting a resonance in your system. Resonances will cause the motors to stall.
